Todd Morrison,  Principal

Todd Morrison

Todd Morrison has worked and lived in the Vail Valley for twenty years.  

For the past fifteen years, he has worked in the construction industry building a variety of projects including new residential construction, multi-family products, commercial construction and remodeling.   

All who know Todd are amazed by his overwhelming drive to succeed which lead him to  create Precision Construction West, Inc. in 2003 along with his partner, Drew Birdwell.   They saw a need in the Valley for structural expertise and knew they could quickly become the best company to meet those challenges.  

Todd was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and attended Michigan State University from 1981 thru 1985.  Todd is a fully certified professional ski instructor and is currently raising his six year old son, Tyler, in Eagle, Colorado.  He enjoys the mountains and everything outdoors the Rockies have to offer.

Todd’s projects include; the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Bachelor Gulch, Four Seasons Vail, Beaver Creek Metropolitan District, Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis Resort, Adams Rib Ranch Country Club and extensive custom residences.

 

Drew Birdwell, Senior Superintendent

Drew Birdwell was born and raised in Moab, Utah.  He attended college at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City where he received his BS degree in Parks and Recreation.  While attending school, he got his start in the construction industry and has remained working in the construction industry for the past 16 years.  He worked in Park City before moving to Eagle, Colorado in 1999. 

Drew has extensive experience with conventional framing, timber framing and log structures.  He has exceptional leadership skills and loves to lead by example, which has easily earned him the respect of all his co-workers and employees.

Drew and his wife, Chelsea, have 2 sons, 7 and 10 years old.  All love spending time in the outdoors, so Eagle, CO is a great place for them to call home.  Precision Construction West Inc. is proud to have Drew as a team member.

 

Tracy Hoff, Controller

Tracy Hoff brings a wide variety of experience to her position of controller at Precision Construction West, Inc.  

 She attended the University of Wyoming where she received a BS in Psychology and an MBA with an emphasis in personnel administration.  With over 20 years of accounting experience, she has served in many diverse industries such as hotel, health care, computer technology, and construction.   In her last position, she served as a project manager and assistant to the Controller of a construction company.

 Approximately 4 years ago, she started her own bookkeeping business, and with the help of Precision Construction West, Inc, her largest client, she found that she was able to continue her passion in construction and financial management.    She has found a home at Precision and enjoys seeing a project completed on time and within budget.

 

Mark Walinsky, Superintendent 

Mark Walinsky

After graduating from Assumption College in Worcester, Ma., Mark moved to the Vail Valley in 1990 and immediately became involved in the construction industry.

With over 20 years of experience in the business, Mark handles projects ranging in size from kitchen remodels to 18,000 sq. ft. high-end custom homes and finishing the exteriors of 5-star hotels.

From site work to intricate finishing touches, Mark has been involved in all aspects of the building process and is proud to be part of the PCW team.
